Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- (1 (2.5-4 lb)) HWFF Boston Butt Roast
- (1 cup) Ketchup
- (4 Tbsp) Coconut sugar, optional
- (4 Tbsp) Apple Cider Vinegar
- (2 Tbsp) Worchestershire Sauce
- (2 Tbsp) Mustard
- (1/2 tsp) Black Pepper
Directions
- Place HWFF Boston Butt roast in slow cooker.
- Combine ketchup, sugar, vinegar, worchestershire sauce, mustard and pepper.
- Pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender.
- Remove meat, shred with 2 forks.
- Return to slow cooker and heat through.
- Serve on a toasted bun or over rice.
- Top with HWFF raw sauerkraut.
