Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • (1 (2.5-4 lb)) HWFF Boston Butt Roast
  • (1 cup) Ketchup
  • (4 Tbsp) Coconut sugar, optional
  • (4 Tbsp) Apple Cider Vinegar
  • (2 Tbsp) Worchestershire Sauce
  • (2 Tbsp) Mustard
  • (1/2 tsp) Black Pepper

Directions

  • Place HWFF Boston Butt roast in slow cooker.
  • Combine ketchup, sugar, vinegar, worchestershire sauce, mustard and pepper.
  • Pour over roast.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender.
  • Remove meat, shred with 2 forks.
  • Return to slow cooker and heat through.
  • Serve on a toasted bun or over rice.
  • Top with HWFF raw sauerkraut.
